Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 a year

Our client, a leading construction company specializing in renovation projects, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Toronto. This role will involve overseeing multiple renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of renovation projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
– Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members to ensure project success
– Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and address any concerns that arise
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction industry
