Whether it is making your commute more efficient, keeping our communities safe, or making remote areas more accessible, at Miller we are proud to Build Greatness in everything we do.Responsibilities:Summary: The Quality Coordinator will reach out to collaborate with all levels of the organization to ensure quality compliance on contracts undertaken by Miller and adherence outlined in the Quality Management System.Quality Management System Administration:

  • Collaborate with the QMS Manager and quality team to develop presentations, manuals, bulletins, and proposals
  • Create and maintain trackers to monitor contract progress and associated quality metrics
  • Coordinate with QMS representatives across various divisions to gather and report on quality statistics
  • Support NCR analysis and assist in preparing QMS reports and audit documentation
  • Examine specifications and requirements for awarded contracts across Miller divisions
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor project quality across Miller divisions
  • Analyze quality control & administrative test results to ensure compliance
  • Research contract specifications to aid in interpretation and address quality issues
  • Develop quality tools and compile lessons learned for continuous improvement
  • Implement and manage non-conformance reporting software (e.g., Enablon)
  • Enter and manage NCR data within reporting systems (e.g., SharePoint, Enablon)
  • Review non-conforming events, analyze related data, and recommend corrective actions
  • Provide CMS training and assistance to new users for seamless system adoption
  • Review non-conformances and facilitate the sharing of lessons learned across the organization

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of construction field experience
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related Technology field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems preferred

When you are not driving, you will be conducting daily circle checks on vehicles, cleaning, and performing equipment maintenance.
