The Urban Transportation Solutions team is actively looking for a Testing and Commissioning Manager to ensure all testing and commissioning activities meet project requirements and standards. The manager will be responsible for overseeing performance testing and producing testing documentation.
Medical Office Support Staff
Our medical office is seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Support Staff member. This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office and provide excellent support to both our patients and medical staff.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
– Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Maintain patient records and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date
– Assist medical staff with administrative tasks as needed
– Monitor and replenish office supplies as necessary
– Ensure the reception area and patient waiting areas are clean and organized
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Prior experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
– Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
– Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
– Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and uphold privacy regulations
