Position: Night Auditor
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: Competitive
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel in Toronto. The Night Auditor will be responsible for the nightly auditing of the hotel’s revenue, checking in and out guests, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring all hotel standards are maintained overnight.
Key Responsibilities:
– Audit the daily revenue and expenses of the hotel
– Process guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
– Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
– Ensure the security and safety of the hotel during the night
– Perform end-of-day procedures and prepare reports for the next day
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a front desk or night audit role preferred
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
– Knowledge of hotel operations and systems is an asset.
