Team Overview

The role of the Integrated Demand Team is to develop end-to-end marketing programs that deliver demand to the business. The Global Integrated Demand Team collaborates with the Solution Marketing and Management teams (CMSO) to identify demand objectives, the Regional & Field Marketing teams to validate the demand routes and tactics, and business management teams to determine financial resources to create programs that deliver on the business’s demand needs.

The Role

Integrated Demand Team: Content Lead – Office of the COO

Key responsibilities:

Customer-centric content strategy to deliver Integrated Demand Programs outcomes and KPIs​

Works with Studio SAP and CMSO team to curate, source, and refine program content (promotional assets and offers) for programs

Drive the global strategy and optimization for program content plans while maximizing the impact for the business​

Strategizes with channel leads on where to promote content and where it fits within the buyer’s journey

Key tasks and deliverables:

Deliver in partnership with Studio SAP, CMSO and other key stakeholders primary, promotional and solution content such as blogs, videos, articles, infographics, white papers, eBooks, case studies, etc.

Support the budgeting process with forecasting and staying within 2% of allocated content budget

Continually measure content effectiveness to build high-performing content for the right audience and channels

Publish content in Digital Library and ICE and regularly present content plan updates to stakeholders

Work with localization team to translate content into various languages

Experience & Key skills

Minimum 6-8 years of B2B or B2C digital, high-tech marketing experience

Knowledge of Account and Industry Marketing, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Digital Supply Chain (DSC) solutions

Understanding of the challenges facing COO/Operations audience when migrating from on-premise to cloud environments and the benefits achieved

Strong written & verbal communication skills

Must be proficient in marketing automation tools and their application for demand generation programs

Strong collaboration skills

Must be proficient in marketing promotion strategies and have developed marketing promotion plans and executed demand generation programs

Must be able to understand, critique and give feedback on content design and delivery methods

Must have working familiarity with multiple digital demand channels and their applicability within a demand generating promotion plan

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
