Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and talented HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, training, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR management and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
– Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels
– Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws
– Handle employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner
– Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall success of the company

Qualifications:

Our client is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
