Job Description:
Our company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with all relevant employment legislation. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Conduct recruitment and selection processes
– Ensure compliance with all employment legislation
– Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution
– Develop and deliver training programs
– Conduct performance management reviews
– Handle employee benefits and compensation
– Oversee HR administration tasks

Qualifications:
