Dayforce is on the hunt for our next Product Marketing Intern. The focus of this role is on Dayforce Talent capabilities that enable companies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.In close partnership with Product Management, Sales Enablement, and the broader Marketing Team you will have the opportunity to bring new products to market and open new segments for us. In this role, you will support and orchestrate product launches every quarter. To achieve this, you will work closely with internal cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Sales to support programs that drive demand and evangelize new Dayforce Talent capabilities.Primary Responsibilities/ What you’ll get to do:

  • Product Marketing: Work with the global product marketing team to support and execute quarterly product releases.
  • Go-to-market: Participate in the go-to-market strategy, collaborating across the marketing organization to support Growth, Brand, Content, and Customer Advocacy Marketing in the development of integrated marketing plans and deploy tactics to drive consumer awareness and consideration of new Dayforce Talent capabilities.
  • Product Usage: Conduct periodic analysis on the performance of existing products (e.g. Pricing, Adoption, Trend, Usage, etc…)
  • Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis on go-to-market performance (win/loss analysis, etc) to identify areas for improvement
  • Content Development: Support the development, curation, and updates of product marketing assets e.g. product decks, product sheets, demos, webinars, videos, blogs, slides, etc…

Qualifications/Skills and experience we value:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Brand Management, or other related fields
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment is necessary
  • Ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
