Job Description

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining office operations, performing various administrative tasks, and providing support to staff and clients.

Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
– Managing office supplies and equipment
– Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
– Assisting with data entry, filing, and record-keeping
– Coordinating meetings and events
– Providing administrative support to staff and management as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
