We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.Main Responsibilities:Key Stakeholder Development and Relationship ManagementIdentify, develop, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in rhinology and gastroenterologyDevelop speakers and advocates among healthcare providers in the therapeutic areaLink internal and external stakeholders for education and research collaborationAdvisory board development of scientific content that is relevant and aligned with global prioritiesLink healthcare providers within the therapeutic areaLiaise between academic centres and SanofiPublication planning and implementationScientific Exchange and EducationDisseminate scientific information including innovative medical education materials and research concepts to healthcare providers in rhinology and gastroenterologyDeliver clinical and scientific presentations to healthcare audiencesPresent evidence-based clinical and scientific data to support therapeutic decisions in patient careContribute to strategic initiatives and training of the sales/marketing teamsExternal scientific material review e.g. most current and relevant publicationsNational conference activities: attendance, key abstract identification, executive summary of presentations and posters from the conferencePartnering with medical information in development and review of written responsesClinical DevelopmentFacilitate study site identification, recruitment, and enrollment with clinical studies teamDiscuss and support the submission of Investigator Initiated Study proposalsIdentify existing data and facilitate publications as appropriateContribute to the evaluation of grants for educational and research initiativesAbout YouKEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOBEDUCATIONDegree from an accredited university (MSc, PhD, Pharm D, MD) required.Area of specialization related to therapeutic area preferredEXPERIENCEMinimum two or more years in an MSL functionDemonstrated experience in building relationships with key stakeholders including physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and patient support groupsSPECIFIC SKILLS AND/OR COMPETENCIESEntrepreneurial spirit & self-dependenceLeadership skillsResults-orientedStrong verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detailPresentation skillsScientific and business acumenAbility to critically appraise scientific dataExperience in developing and providing educational programsUnderstanding of Canadian healthcare system and economicsLANGUAGES:Written and spoken EnglishFrench a definite assetTRAVELTravel is required up to 75% of the time.
