We are looking for a Digital Account Coordinator to join our growing Performance Media Practice. This role calls for a high attention to detail, strong service ethic and process-driven mindset. Digital Account Coordinators are essential members of the teams responsible for the successful delivery of our client’s media programs. In this role you will have the opportunity to not only support the operations of our Performance Media team, but to serve as the primary point of technical support for our diverse portfolio of licencing clients.

What you’ll be doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager on your assigned technical support accounts
- Educate clients and resolve technical platform issues in accordance with our response time SLAs and escalation protocols
- Troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy, creative approvals or technical anomalies
- Educate clients on industry trends and evolving platform capabilities and how they can be applied to evolve the maturity of their digital programs
- Partner with our sales team on proposal responses, technical demos and quarterly busines reviews
- Support members of our Performance Media Practice by accurately and efficiently implementing campaigns within applicable systems according to clearly defined standards
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables required for successful campaign implementations are supplied and adhere to our standards
- Conduct thorough validation on all ad campaign setup, review and tracking activities
- Perform technical troubleshooting as required as part of the campaign validation process
- Develop an understanding of and familiarity with client goals, KPIs and creative and media objectives
- Contribute to other deliverables as required (e.g. delivery/screenshot reports, training documentation, process-improvement initiatives, research)
- Collaborate, support, and work closely with other MediaNet business units to ensure efficient workflow and realize cross-functional opportunities and enhancements.
- Implement process improvements and create tooling to automate and improve the efficiency of day-to-day tasks
- Maintain a high degree of technical proficiency and knowledge across the platforms and toolsets within which you will be working

- 1-3 years of experience working in a professional setting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proactive and creative problem solver with the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
- Familiarity and interest in digital advertising concepts
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
What we would love to see (but not required)
- Hands on experience working with Google Marketing technologies, Google Analytics and related platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Display & Video 360, Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with project task management and ticketing systems
- Experience with programmatic and RTB ad purchasing concepts and systems
- PMP training or other project management certification
- French language skills
