AECOM is looking for a Civil Engineer/Deputy Project Manager in their Oakland Office. The role involves coordinating with a task manager and other staff, and conducting site visits as necessary.
Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to problem solve effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
