Job Description:
Our client, a successful property management company, is currently seeking a Property Manager to join their team in Toronto, ON. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that all tenants are satisfied and that the properties are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations
– Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance
– Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
