Position: Veterinary Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Calgary, AB
Salary: Competitive
Our busy veterinary clinic in Calgary is seeking a dynamic and organized Veterinary Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role will involve overseeing all front desk operations, managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, performing administrative tasks, and supporting our team of veterinarians and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and professional attitude
– Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
– Collect payments and process invoices
– Maintain accurate client records and update database
– Assist veterinarians and technicians with various tasks as needed
– Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
– Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
– Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities
– Proficient in computer software and office equipment
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
