Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Specialist PM – FinOps Practice to join a Public Sector client on a 12-month contract with the potential for extension. The role is mostly remote.

Job Description:
Our client, a well-established company in Toronto, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
– Managing phone calls and correspondence
– Organizing and scheduling appointments
– Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and maintaining databases
– Assisting with project management and coordination
– Providing general support to visitors
– Performing data entry and record keeping
– Assisting with event planning and coordination
– Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Strong organizational and planning skills
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy
