  • Develop project implementation plan (Folder structure, Project BIM Execution Plan)
  • Initiate optimization tools which allows project users to use powerful analysis features for examining aspects like drainage, earthworks, and geometric design. It helps engineers optimize road alignments and profiles to meet project specifications efficiently.
  • Coordinate project kickoff meetings and future coordination meetings
  • Troubleshoot all project related technical issues.
  • Assist project designers to use a model-centric workflow, where all design components are integrated into a 3D model, enabling more accurate visualization and analysis
