We are committed to innovation and excellence in the rail industry, and we are looking for talented and motivated students to join us for a co-op term for May – August.We are seeking enthusiastic 3rd and 4th year students to join our team as co-op students. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the mass transit rail industry, working on real-world projects that make a difference in our community. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where you can develop your skills and contribute to the success of our company.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of rail projects.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project development.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members.
- Participate in site visits and inspections.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
:Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a 3rd or 4th year of a relevant program (e.g., Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
- Demonstrated interest in the construction industry.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of CAD software is an asset.
- Enthusiasm for the mass transit rail industry and a willingness to learn.
