Position: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Toronto, ON
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to both internal and external customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and documenting and tracking all support cases.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support to both internal staff and external customers via phone, email, and in-person
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently and effectively
– Document support cases and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
– Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
– Assist with software installation and configuration for customers
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
– Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Technical certifications (e.g. A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
