Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing answers to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a friendly and positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide information about products and services
– Process orders and returns
– Resolve customer complaints and issues
– Update customer accounts and records

Qualifications:
