Job Description

Position: Office Administrator

Location: Mississauga

Salary: $55K – $65K

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including handling office correspondence, managing office supplies, coordinating office events, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

– Manage office correspondence, including incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
– Coordinate office events, meetings, and appointments
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
– Provide general administrative support to the office staff
– Handle confidential information in a professional manner
– Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
