Are you passionate about leading the charge to successfully integrate digital, social and mobile marketing platforms into a strategic business and marketing communications program? To produce superior business results, your duties will include: planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns and assets across all digital networks.

Our ideal candidate is someone with blended experience in both marketing and UI/UX design and front-end web development. This role involves integrating our marketing technology stack with a focus on designing our marketing automation tools to support increased lead generation and conversion rates. What You’ll Do

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and work with Senior Manager, Demand Generation to report on performance based on the insights and key results.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Design, implement and manage corporate website strategy and marketing technology stack.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Able to calmly and eloquently articulate opinions in the presence of executives

Experience You’ll Bring :

  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience working with B2B audiences designing, implementing, and measuring digital marketing programs across: website design and content, social media, email marketing, web analytics, search engine marketing and measurement.
  • Advanced knowledge of: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Umbraco, Salesforce, Pardot. Front end development experience a major bonus.
  • Experience using search engine fundamentals for organic and paid search traffic, with proven experience reaching audiences through content strategies with measurable online success.
  • Understand web analytics and key performance metrics and tie them back to the basics around website usability and content management.
  • Experience using leading tools, techniques and best practices designed for online and mobile customer experiences. Experience in e-commerce and e-business a big plus.
  • Graduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Digital Strategy & Communications Management.
