Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing our customer service department, including managing a team of customer service representatives, handling escalated customer inquiries, and implementing processes to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
