Job description: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and executing the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies in order to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue. They work closely with the property management team to develop both short-term and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy levels. The Marketing Coordinator also ensures that all marketing efforts align with the community’s established policies and goals. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
