The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI-driven product development/management, workflow optimization, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. The Senior AI Specialist will:
- Develop, utilize, and evolve enabling capabilities needed to deliver AI at scale to drive significant business value.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
- Oversee the AI product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management experts to ensure that capability builds and solutions created are done with a responsible AI lens.
- Advocate for AI adoption across the organization by communicating value, managing change, and driving stakeholder engagement.
- Establish clear success metrics and track the performance of AI solutions to demonstrate business value.
- Provide direction and leadership; able to lead and influence leaders and associates directly or indirectly.
- Stay up to date with latest advancements in AI application and responsible AI governance. Apply relevant industry learnings to inform development and evolution of capabilities and outcomes.

- Masters Degree Preferred
- Industry knowledge/business acumen. Knowledge of AI concepts (Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI)
