The Manager of the LaMPSS Business Support Unit is responsible for supporting business areas using the Labour Market Program. This individual reports to the Manager of the LaMPSS Business Support Unit and is accountable for proactively consulting with business areas to provide support.
Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Key responsibilities:
– Answering customer phone calls and emails
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
– Providing accurate information about products and services
– Processing orders and returns
– Maintaining customer records
– Working closely with other team members to provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
