Our national marketing team manages both practice and corporate marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels to drive organic growth, retention programs and differentiate our practices and national platform. Due to our tremendous practice growth, we are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be a key member that plans, develops and executes on the local marketing needs of dental practices in your designated region.

As an innovative, service orientated Marketing professional with B2C experience, you’ll leverage your traditional and digital marketing knowledge and skills to create customized local marketing programs. This is a unique opportunity for a sharp, creative and proven marketing professional with a least five to seven years of experience on the client or agency side. You’ll take pride being an innovative and entrepreneurial marketer by delivering campaigns that meet the unique business needs of each practice in your region. You’ll work closely with various internal teams including Operations, Finance and external agency partners to understand local market opportunities. Overall, you’ll be responsible for the following:

Annual Planning: You’ll have a deep understanding of practice KPIs, local markets, patient insights, objectives and optimize the marketing budget for each practice.

Campaign Development: You will use your knowledge of the market and work closely with multiple stakeholders to plan and launch omni-channel marketing campaigns based on their unique business needs and objectives. Whether it’s traditional marketing or digital, you have experience building the right campaign to target the right audience through the right channels at the right time. You enjoy the marketing planning process including workback schedules, recap notes, budget trackers and holding teams accountable.

Portfolio Ownership: You’ll have a pulse on your practices marketing needs and priorities and strive to ensure continual improvement, transparency, and collaboration across stakeholder groups.

Monitoring & Sharing: You will monitor the effectiveness of campaigns monthly, quarterly and annually and analyze ways to improve them by hosting regular post-mortems and assessments. You’ll share best practices and contribute to establishing templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand our marketing capabilities and programs across the network.

  • 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience (in dental or health care preferred)
  • In depth understanding of digital marketing (e.g. print, radio, social media, paid search, organic search, local online marketing, website development, etc.) to inform & prioritize marketing planning

  • You enjoy learning about each market in your portfolio and adapting programs to meet their local needs and goals

Job description: Our Telecom client in North York is looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to manage campaign processes and launch marketing campaigns

Duration: 1 year
Location: North York (WFH right now but the expectation would be 2-3 days in the office starting Sept – Dec roughly)

Role: You will be managing the campaign process – giving ideas, getting buy in from the team on your ideas then working across departments to launch the campaign. You will work with the Marketing Communications team who then works with an external Agency who builds the actual creative. The campaigns will help increase video on demand revenue. This will include deciding which customers to target, which types of movies or pay-per-view events to promote to the customer and to encourage more customers to enter the video on demand storefront.

The ideal candidate is someone who is a recent graduate or has had 1-2 years of marketing experience (intern or coop is okay) who is curious to learn about the telecommunication industry and has a drive to develop their marketing skillset

The Base Marketing Team develops strategy and manages the implementation of marketing campaigns to deliver against revenue and subscriber targets for the Internet, Home Phone and Television portfolios, including their hero product – Fibe TV.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be accountable for the following:

  • Develop, recommend and implement new marketing strategies to attain and exceed subscriber revenue objectives
  • Create compelling and strategic marketing presentations to obtain buy-in and alignment across key campaign stakeholders
  • Campaign Ideation & management: Interpret marketing and customer data to identify opportunities to grow video on demand penetration and drive revenue
  • Contribute to Merchandising strategy to meet business goals including themes, communications and promotions
  • Define measures of success and track results accordingly, altering approach as needed
  • Monitor, analyze, and report weekly results while and overall performance of the portfolio
  • Manage relationships with studio partners and affiliates to develop partnerships that help achieve take rate targets
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive action from other players in the industry
  • Actively contribute strategically to the overall marketing planning cycle
  • Make recommendations on new processes, and initiatives that benefits the team’s performance and projects

Must Haves

  • University Degree/College Diploma in marketing or business administration
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience (intern or coop is okay)
  • Strong analytical skills in order to be able to interpret data and recommend insight and action to marketing
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Nice to Have:
