Customer Service Representative
Our client, a reputable telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
– Resolving customer concerns and issues promptly and efficiently
– Providing information about products and services to customers
– Processing customer orders and updating customer account information

Qualifications:
