Job Description: Collaboration Liaison – Finance and Business Units
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Collaboration Liaison to bridge the gap between our Finance department and various key business units, including IT, Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing. In this role, you will ensure seamless communication, foster collaborative relationships, and facilitate the flow of information between departments to support strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between Finance and other departments to ensure alignment and effective collaboration on projects and initiatives.

Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate clear and open lines of communication between Finance and IT, Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and efficiency gains within collaboration between Finance and its partner departments.

Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports that require input from multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Project Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to align financial strategies with marketing initiatives, maximizing ROI on promotional efforts.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and lead regular cross-departmental meetings to discuss ongoing projects, challenges, and opportunities for collaboration.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders from various functions to promote a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance or a related role, with strong understanding of financial principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
