Job Description: Clinic Operations Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinic Operations Coordinator to support our EMA-enabled clinic. This role combines strong clinical and administrative skills to ensure seamless operations and the highest level of patient care. The ideal candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team and manage key functions such as operations, human resources, marketing, billing, and credentialing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical Support:

    • Assist in the coordination of patient care services.
    • Monitor clinical workflows to ensure efficient patient processes.
    • Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
  2. Administrative Operations:

    • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
    • Implement and maintain effective operational systems and procedures.
  3. Human Resources:

    • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
    • Assist with employee relations and performance management processes.
    • Maintain staff records and ensure adherence to HR policies.
  4. Marketing:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote clinic services.
    • Manage social media and community outreach initiatives.
    • Engage with potential patients to enhance clinic visibility and accessibility.
  5. Billing and Credentialing:

    • Oversee billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
    • Assist with the credentialing of healthcare providers.
    • Monitor insurance claims and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of clinic operations and patient care principles.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMA) systems and Microsoft Office.
