What you’ll do
- Develop the right digital marketing strategy using performance data and customer insights that ladder up to our organizational key results.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels for a new product (Marketplace)
- Work with the business marketing team to ensure appropriate reporting and translation of results for important business stakeholders
- Work with vendors (existing and new) on new opportunities to support the marketplace goals
- Present results and proposed strategies to key stakeholders on each of our lines of businesses.
- Work closely with the business line to learn the business as well as be proactive in changing strategies based on the changing business context
- A positive influence who contributes well to the demand generation team to elevate our skills, understanding as well as ways of working
Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, Marketing).
- 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing role in either an agency, partner, or in-house.
- Strong expertise across multiple digital marketing channels (search, display, social).
- Experience working in performance driven companies where the final goal was sales and revenue that could be attributed back to the marketing tactic
- Experience using web analytics Adobe Omniture and Google Analytics (is an asset)
- An analytical thinker with an ability to effectively turn reporting and analysis into actionable insights and execution plans.
- Ability to develop and present a POV and implications based on data, and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Collaborative and positive attitude with passion for questioning assumptions and answering questions with data in order to unlock value for the enterprise.
- Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
- Strong communications skills.
- Strong in Excel and reporting automation / experience is an asset.
