Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
– Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
– Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
– Perform data entry and reconciliation
– Schedule appointments and meetings
– Coordinate travel arrangements
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Provide general support to visitors and staff members
– Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and planning skills
– High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
