Job Description:

TREK Canada Inc. is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in London, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities:

– Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
– Greet and assist visitors
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
– Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
– Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management, and performing basic bookkeeping work
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

– Attention to detail and problem solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
