Parsons is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager with a strong technical background to work on consulting projects valued at over $100,000. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and technical design.
Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Scarborough, ON

Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Your main responsibilities will include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists
– Book travel arrangements
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide general support to visitors
– Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
