Day in the LifeYou will begin your day by opening the plant, which includes performing a daily inspection and ensuring that everything is ready to run smoothly and in good operating order, making any adjustments needed. Communication within and across departments will be a key factor of success in this role as daily collaboration with our payroll system will be required to ensure the staff’s hours are submitted in a timely manner, as well as meeting with the dispatch manager to review the game plan for the day. Another component of the role will include customer service, as you will be responsible for taking customer orders.
