Job Description
Technical Support Specialist
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide excellent technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
– Document all customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system
– Collaborate with other technical support specialists and teams to share knowledge and best practices
– Provide training and support to customers on new products and features
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
– Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
– Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
