Job Description:
Saint Elizabeth Health Care is currently seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join their team in Ottawa, ON. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the program, providing leadership and guidance to program staff, and ensuring program goals and objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement program plans and strategies to achieve program goals and objectives
– Oversee program budget and expenses, ensuring effective resource management
– Provide leadership and supervision to program staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote program services and initiatives
– Monitor program outcomes and impact, and make recommendations for improvement
– Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
– Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support program growth and development
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Health Sciences, Social Services, etc.)
– 3+ years of experience in program management or related field
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
– Experience working with vulnerable populations is an asset
– Knowledge of community resources and services is an asset
