The Manager, Operational Readiness is responsible for planning and coordinating the successful delivery of patient services at a healthcare facility. This role involves working with subject matter experts both within the organization and government to ensure operational readiness and the smooth transitioning of patients to the facility.
The job description is as follows:
Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: St. Catharines, Ontario
Salary: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide excellent customer service and support
– Process orders and returns
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience
– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
