Job Description: Bio Sheet Updates Coordinator
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bio Sheet Updates Coordinator to manage the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets in collaboration with our brokers. This role involves coordinating reviews with the Marketing department, ensuring accurate and engaging content is shared across Digital Marketing and other relevant departments. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and a creative collaborator, capable of generating innovative ideas to enhance our pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bio Sheet Management: Conduct annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets in partnership with brokers, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to review updates, gather feedback, and implement changes.
- Cross-Departmental Communication: Share updated bio sheets with Digital Marketing and other departments as necessary, promoting a cohesive and collaborative approach to our initiatives.
- Creative Development: Work with internal resources to brainstorm and generate creative and innovative ideas that can enhance our pursuits and effectiveness in the market.
- Project Coordination: Organize and manage timelines to ensure timely updates and distribution across departments.
- Feedback Integration: Collect and integrate feedback from various stakeholders to refine bio sheet content continuously.
