Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team. As the Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality business. You will be in charge of managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of the hospitality business, including staff, customers, and facilities
– Monitor and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability
– Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
– Train and supervise staff to provide excellent service
– Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
– Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
– Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner
– Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a hospitality management role

– Proven track record of managing teams and meeting financial targets
