Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ottawa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries
2. Generate sales leads
3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
4. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
7. Go the extra mile to engage customers
8. Resolve customer complaints courteously and efficiently
Qualifications:
1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
6. High school diploma or equivalent
