Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all employee relations issues and providing guidance to both employees and managers on best practices and company policies.
Responsibilities:
– Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a timely manner
– Conduct investigations into allegations of misconduct or policy violations
– Coordinate and conduct training sessions on a variety of employee relations topics
– Advise managers on employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee relations records
– Provide guidance to employees on company policies and procedures
– Collaborate with HR leadership to create and implement employee relations initiatives
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist role
– Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
– SHRM certification is a plus
