Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all current and potential clients. Your duties will include answering inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional manner
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
– Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
– Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
– Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

Requirements:
– Proven customer support experience
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– High school diploma or equivalent
