- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to effectively communicate our value proposition and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and improve future recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

You will be involved in various aspects of bridge work, from repairs to designing and building new structures. Additionally, you will help implement pioneering techniques, such as the installation of pre-fabricated girder/deck systems, significantly reducing construction timelines. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of tasks, including excavation, granular placement, sewer and drainage installation, and concrete flatwork like curbs and sidewalks. At Miller, you will play a key role in improving and replacing Ontario’s infrastructure to ensure the public can travel safely.Responsibilities
- Familiar with operating/handling numerous kinds of construction tools

Preferred Qualifications:
- Working near/on construction sites
- Inclement weather (ex: extreme heat/cold, rain, etc.)
- Daily exposure to construction environment (ex. Outside, noisy, fumes, duty environment)
- Physically fit (ex. Able to walk, climb, reaching above/at/below shoulder height, bending/crouching, kneeling/crawling)
- Ability to sit, stand or drive more than 90 minutes per day
- Ability to lift 50 lbs/22.7 kg
- Previous construction experience is considered an asset
- Ability to perform effective verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Has an OSSD or equivalent diploma
