International Custom Pak is a Canadian contract and private label manufacturer of customized health & beauty products. We are located in Mississauga, Ontario.

We are seeking fresh, new ideas from enthusiastic and forward-thinking individuals to help us improve our marketing strategies and generate new sales leads.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with Brand development
• Create and optimize content for corporate website
• Develop and create marketing materials such as product sell-sheets, product brochures, company brochures, and presentations
• Plan and develop targeted marketing videos and product demonstrations
• Assist with product artwork development and designs

• Initiate and manage corporate social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
• Plan social media posts and monitor all platforms for new trends, ideas, and feedback
• Plan, build, and optimize digital ads across platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads with a focus on Return On Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Develop email campaigns and newsletters and work with communication partners
• Create and develop content for company-hosted webinars, workshops, and online tradeshows
• Assist with creation and production of corporate training materials such as videos, and act as the ambassador and/or voice
• Analyze marketing data to help suggest overall marketing strategy
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
• Gain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Competencies Required

• Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing role
• Experience with social media platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative
• Ability to work independently within a team environment
• Proven ability to multi-task priorities in a fast-paced and growing environment
