Upon graduation interns may be eligible for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company.The Responsibilities:Experience sales team training to develop your professional skill set with a focus on sales and marketing, the consumer, and analyticsMerchandising – Setting up signage, merchandise and promotional materials at accounts and events.Sampling – Execute consumer samplings of our existing brands and innovations at events or in a retail setting.Reporting – Understanding and identifying business performance, distribution, and volume opportunities within on-premises customers.Represent Molson Coors as a brand ambassador with our consumers, customers, and members within your community.Communicate findings regarding industry trends, potential business opportunities to the Sales teamYou will be part of a small group that will be responsible to present key insights and recommendations to build on the role of SUMMER FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE, and present to MCBC Leaders at the end of the summerThe Other Qualifications:You are a third or fourth year pursuing a University or College degreeYou have the ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule if needed, including some evenings and weekends and light travelYou have a valid driver’s license with no limitations/restrictions.
