Our client, a leading contractor in the construction industry, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities
– Oversee all aspects of the construction project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion
– Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all work is completed according to specifications and within budget
– Manage project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that work is completed on time
– Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that construction meets all industry standards and building codes
– Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns
– Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all team members are working effectively and efficiently
– Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process and ensure that they do not impact project timelines or budget
– Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for the construction project
– Monitor and manage project budget, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and that the project stays within budget constraints
– Keep accurate records of all project activities, expenses, and communications for future reference
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in construction project management
– Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects from start to finish
– Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
– Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
– Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
