This person will work with the Diageo Vulnerability Assessment Team to identify and assess unique vulnerabilities that result from the increasing complexity of the beverage industry. The individual will lead the development of a portfolio of projects that result in the identification and prioritization of vulnerabilities, as well as propose potential mitigation and resilience measures to mitigate against potential negative impacts. This role will require collaboration with business partners to understand the business context and potential impact of vulnerabilities on the business.

Role includes:

Working knowledge of vulnerability testing and assessment tools and methods

Advanced understanding of network infrastructure and cybersecurity controls

Good working knowledge of general cyber threats and vulnerabilities

Good understanding of reliable and secure network protocols

Able to integrate with partners to acquire and assess vulnerability data

Experience performing assessments of true, unique, and new vulnerabilities

Developing and executing remediation plans and follow up with team members

Developing and maintaining assessment metrics pymongo_endian

Identifying potential security implications of proposed projects

Coordinating assessments with business partners

Develops vulnerability management processes and procedures

Incident response and development of plans

Excellent communication and management skills for potential staff scheduling, project feedback, and team improvement coaching

Desirable qualifications:

Professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GIAC, CREST

Security clearance or the ability to obtain/site access

Experience managing and coaching cybersecurity analysts and engineers

Degree or/and certifications in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related technical field

5+ years’ experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability assessment, or threat intelligence

Knowledge of beverage industry operations and products

Following Group or Garrison guidelines, policies, and procedures in official standing
