Our client, a growing company in the hospitality industry, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Front Desk Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the front desk operations, including overseeing and supervising the front desk staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.

Key responsibilities:
– Supervise and lead the front desk staff to ensure smooth operations
– Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
– Train, develop, and coach front desk staff to deliver exceptional service
– Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
– Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports

Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
