You will lead efforts to build relationships with top-tier validators, navigate technical conversations, and ensure successful adoption of our infrastructure across the validator ecosystem. This is a critical, high-ownership role that will shape our validator strategy, go-to-market efforts, and partnership model as we prepare for mainnet.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Validator PartnershipsDefine and execute the validator onboarding and growth strategy, aligned with Raiku’s milestonesBuild and manage the validator BD pipeline, driving clear metrics for adoption and engagementLead outreach and relationship-building efforts with top Solana validatorsBuild and maintain deep relationships with key validator operators, ensuring alignment with our roadmapAdvocate for our value proposition, communicating benefits to validators and the wider ecosystemValidator Onboarding & Success ProgramDrive a structured, repeatable onboarding process for validators that ensures long-term success and engagement. Position Overview:
The Validator BD Lead will spearhead the validator engagement strategy, aiming to build and maintain relationships with top validators to ensure successful infrastructure adoption across the validator ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Partnerships: Develop and execute validator onboarding and growth strategies, manage the validator BD pipeline, and advocate for the company’s value proposition.
