Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Mississauga, ON
Salary: $16-$18 per hour
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling a variety of customer inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Provide product information and assistance to customers
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Track and monitor customer accounts
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
