- Manage the creative development and trafficking of static and video assets required on a monthly basis for digital platforms and with BDU partners for evergreen and always on communications tactics
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the business units (Direct to Consumer- Partner Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Programming, Creative Agency, Product) to draft creative briefs and manage the back and forth
- Assist in the development of messaging with creativity and clarity and facilitate the translation of marketing content as required.
- Maintain marketing and sales activity trackers and reporting dashboards for all marketing, sales and communications
- Assist in the execution of BDU marketing and sales programs for all product led initiatives such as service and product launches, acquisition/up-sell/retention campaigns, promotional events and channel rebrands. Bell Media TV services; include Pay TV, Specialty, Sports and Conventional services
- Field incoming ad hoc marketing and sales requests that support the promotion of our shows and channels to/from our BDU Partners
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the business units (Direct to Consumer- Partner Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Programming, Creative Agency, Product) to draft creative briefs and manage the back and forth
- Ensure proper brand representation in all digital and BDU partner communications and provide strict enforcement of our brand guidelines
- Assist in sales training sessions for all BDU sales channels
- Bilingual is a must : English and French
- Excellent communication skills (presentation, listening, written)
Critical Qualifications
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload under tight deadlines
- Ability to build and foster partnerships with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to a demanding, rapidly changing work environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- 2+ years of marketing and sales experience
- 4 year college/University degree or equivalent; Business, Marketing or in a comparative
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and strong follow-through required
